FESTIVITIES START AT NOON

• 10:00am – 11:45 SET UP: Volunteers welcome. If you volunteer that day, please be sure to sign in . Volunteers will be called up first to the buffet table, in order of sign-in for that day.
   
• 12:00 noon – STEEL PHOENIX PERFORMANCE: A Chinese cultural exhibition including lion dancing, dragon dancing, flag dancing and wushu. This is Sparky's farewell performance and you won't want to miss it!
   
• 12:30pm – POTLUCK FEAST: As you enter the building that day, be sure to sign up for the feast. People will be called to the buffet in the order in which they enter and sign up. This ensures that the volunteers who arrived early to make this event possible go through the buffet line first. Also, do remember this is a potluck! Be sure to bring something to share!
   
• 1:30 – SPARKY-FEST!: We will watch a movie, and afterward, have Roast Sparky for dessert. Yum! Feel free to bring your own "roast"!

Guests are most welcome and there is no limit to how many you may bring. Just remember that if you all stay for the potluck, be sure to contribute enough food to account for your entire party.

We WILL have regular classes prior to the event.
